Meet Diane Crosier
Experienced Franklin Family Law Attorney

I am Diane Crosier, an experienced family law lawyer in Franklin, Tennessee.
I earned my law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
In 1992, I received my license to practice law in Tennessee.
After receiving my law license, I worked as a trial counsel at the 21st
Judicial District Public Defender's Office. During this time, I successfully
tried numerous cases in General Sessions and Circuit, including appearing
before the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. This experience has given
me valuable courtroom experience and the opportunity to polish my litigation skills.

In 2001, I founded my private practice, which focuses on divorce, juvenile
and family law. I am able to represent clients in Williamson, Davidson,
Rutherford, Maury and surrounding counties.
I believe that it is important to provide hands on representation to my
clients in whatever family matter they are facing. I also hold certification
as a Rule 31 Family Mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court which means
that I am equipped to effectively resolve a wide variety of family law disputes.
My husband, Steve, is the Director of Food Division with the Metro Health
Department. I currently serve as an Advisory Board Member for Girls on
the Run, a nonprofit organization that offers after-school programs for
3rd through 6th-grade girls. I am a long-time runner and love to read
and travel.
